About Me
Born in Maine to a Navy family, Rick grew up traveling around the country, including a year in Guam at age 10. After studying Business Administration at the University of Maine, he worked in finance for the computer, construction, and banking industries in Houston, Boston, and Washington D.C. Investment properties brought Rick into the real estate industry. Relocating to the beautiful Smith Mountain Lake area of Franklin County in 2013, Rick began remodeling vacant country houses—bringing them back to life using his construction talent for the interior and his love for landscaping to improve the exterior. He enjoys helping clients navigate the process of buying and selling country and lakefront homes, farms, and land in our beautiful area.Â
